As an Eastern Shore native, she knows every inch of St. Michaels, Easton, Oxford, and the surrounding counties. We actually took ~18 months to find the right home, buy it, and move in - and not once did we feel like she was rushing us, or getting impatient with our lo-o-o-ng timeline. Not at all.
